Return and Refund Policy
All sales on Genie Super are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on delivered orders.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. To claim a replacement, email us at adi@geniesuper.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Replacements are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to request additional information to process your claim.
