By placing an order on geniesuper.com, you agree to the following terms.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders once placed and paid cannot be cancelled. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests raised within 12 hours of placing the order may be considered at our discretion.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in packaging may occur.

Genie Super (Inharu Beverages Private Limited) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
