How to make.
Sift
Sift 1–2g of matcha powder into your cup or shaker.
Whisk
Add 30ml of hot water (not boiling — 70–80°C is ideal). Whisk or shake until fully dissolved and slightly frothy.
Heat
Heat 150ml of your preferred milk — oat, coconut, or almond work beautifully.
Pour
Pour milk over the matcha base. Watch the green bloom through.
Drink
Add ice for an iced latte. Drink immediately.
