The Duo
The OG Matcha and the Hojicha, two teas that do completely different things. The matcha is shade-grown Yabukita from Chiran, Kagoshima, micro-milled to dissolve completely, lab-tested at 43mg caffeine per 2g serving. The hojicha is Saemidori from Uji, roasted until the colour turns amber and the flavour goes nutty with a cacao finish, at 23.6mg per 2g serving. Two very different cups from the same plant.
