OG Matcha
Good matcha is smooth, slightly sweet with a gentle umami finish. Ours comes from the Chiran region of Kagoshima, shade-grown from the Yabukita cultivar, micro-milled into a fine powder that dissolves completely with no graininess and no residue. Works hot or iced, holds up beautifully to milk, and gives you clean energy and focus without the crash. This is what matcha is supposed to taste like.
Make it at home.
Sift
2g matcha. Sift into bowl.
Water
30ml water at 80°C. Not boiling.
Whisk
Whisk in W motion for 30 seconds.
Pour
Add 150ml milk or water. Pour over ice.
Sweeten
Sweeten if needed — honey or monk-fruit.
Enjoy
Sip and enjoy.
